These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website and services provided by pulseskinz.com, including the purchase of digital Counter‑Strike 2 skins. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this website. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Digital Products
All products sold are digital CS2 skins delivered via Steam trade. No physical items are shipped. Once a transaction is completed and delivery is confirmed, the sale is final.
3. Payment
We accept various payment methods via third‑party providers. All payments must be made in full before delivery. Chargebacks or payment reversals without valid reason are prohibited.
4. Service Fee
For the provision and upkeep of the marketplace, shardnest.com applies a service charge of two percent (2%) on the total value of each transaction made through the Platform. This charge is automatically deducted from the seller’s proceeds at the moment the transaction is processed. The service fee serves as compensation for enabling and supporting the marketplace and becomes non-refundable once the transaction is finalized. The Platform reserves the right to adjust the service fee rate, with any modifications announced in advance via the Platform.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the Steam account linked by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct Steam Trade URL and ensuring their account is ready to receive items.
6. Refunds and Returns
Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will review each request and notify you of our decision within a reasonable time. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities. Any form of abuse may lead to account suspension and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website is the property of pulseskinz.com and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without prior written consent.
9. Modifications
pulseskinz.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or services.
