This policy describes how pulseskinz.com handles refunds and returns for digital items. Because our products are virtual Counter‑Strike 2 skins delivered directly through the Steam platform, they are treated differently from physical goods.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All items sold on our platform are intangible CS2 skins delivered to the Steam account specified at checkout. Requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will review each request and notify you of our decision within a reasonable time. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

2. When Refunds Are Not Possible

We do not issue refunds if the purchased skin has been used or transferred to another account. Refunds are only granted when a problem is caused by our service or a technical issue beyond your control. Attempts to abuse this policy—such as providing false information—may result in account suspension and legal action.

3. Failed Deliveries or Errors

If an item has not been delivered or was sent to the wrong account due to a system error on our side, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at help@pulseskinz.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Buyer Errors

Refunds will not be issued for mistakes made by the buyer, such as entering an incorrect Steam ID or Trade URL. It is your responsibility to ensure that all account details are accurate before completing an order.

5. Fraud Prevention

pulseskinz.com reserves the right to deny any refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms of service.
